Information
Hon. Hindu Ram Rajya (PM/MP) proposed a constitutional amendment in the Parliament on the removal of People's Council and the Inactive Ministries of Communication and Labour. The Voting took place in the Jana Sabha halls under the surveillance of Hon. Indusse (Deputy Speaker/MoEA). The Jana Sabha consists of Sixteen Members and Eleven of them voted for the amendment and two voted against. Three Members didn't vote or abstained.

Amendements
The Amendment removes the People's Council completely and merges the Ministry of Communication and Labour into Home Ministry. The Home Minister is hereby requested to appoint two new deputy ministers as soon as possible.
